Our modern plants and certified labs can produce consistent high-quality mixes for state highways, commercial and industrial applications, airports, or private driveways.

We have three stationary plants near Decatur (260-592-6723), Ridgeville (765-857-2750), and Daleville (765-810-5339) allowing us to provide a high level of customer service. Our high production plants, silos, and load-out system allows fast loading.

The Indiana Department of Transportation has certified each of our hot mix plants. Our sister company, LICA Construction Corp, has the personnel and equipment to do the design work for your job, or work with your specifications and place the hot mix asphalt.
